Changes and Updates to Phase Work Commitments:
August 13, 2010
Work Commitments under Phase III have been met. GSPC as operator held a Management Committee meeting on July 21, 2010 whereby the Declaration of Commerciality was reviewed for the M-1 and M-6 oil discoveries. GSPC continues to prepare a work program and budget for the fiscal year April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011. We believe the program will entail the continued testing of wells in conjunction with the preparation and filing of all necessary declarations of commerciality and field developement plans pursuant to the provisions of the PSC in order to bring these wells onto production.

As Phase II ended and the Work Commitments have been met, the consortium has elected to move into Phase III and as such, the parties are to drill two exporatory wells to 2,000 meters by July 28, 2010.

GSPC advises it will enter into Phase II and Phase I Work Commitments has been met.
