Changes and Updates to Phase Work Commitments:
February 8, 2010
The DGH approved the extension of the Phase I miminum work program to July 13, 2010. This allowed the consurtium time to complete a four well testing and stimulation program in order to complete the appraisal of the block, the results of which are not yet known. After completion of the test results, all areas not defined as a Commercial Discovery will be relinquished under the terms of the PSA as the consortium has elected not to proceed to Phase II.
August 28, 2008
Jubilant submitted a request to DGH requesting an extension of six months to Phase I from the date of approval of such request in order to complete a testing and stimulation program on existing wells in conjunction with the appraisal of the CB-3A discovery. Formal approval for this request is pending.

As per PSC, Jubilant advises it will not enter into Phase II and states that 25% of the block has been relinquished (approx. 32 sq.km) leaving an area of approximately 93 square kilometers of the original 125 square kilometers.
