Phase I (3.0 years) September 4, 2006 to September 3, 2009
(i) Gravity magnetic and geochemical survey
(ii) Acquire 12,000 line km. of aero magnetic survey
Phase II (2.0 years) September 4, 2009 to September 3, 2011
(iii) Acquire 500 line km. 2D seismic
(iv) Drill 1 exploratory well to 1,500 meters or 500 meters below Deccan trap
Phase III (2.0 years) September 4, 2011 to September 3, 2013
(v) Acquire 250 sq. km. 3D seismic
(vi) Drill 2 exploratory wells to 2,000 and 2,500 meters respectively
Land Relinquishment
(i) Phase I – 25%
(ii) Phase II – 25%
(iii) Phase III – 100% except for development and discovery areas

Phase II (3.0 years) June 7, 2012 to June 6, 2015
(i) Seismic acquisition program consisting of 500 line km. of 2D seismic
(ii) Seismic acquisition program consisting of 200 sq. km. of 3D seismic
(iii) Drill 1 well to at least 2,000 meters
Land Relinquishment
(i) Phase I – not less than 25%
(ii) Phase II - 100% except for development and discovery areas
